Shipping & Delivery
Unless stated otherwise on individual products, delivery is not included in the advertised price. We deliver Australia wide. We use courier/freight services as chosen on the order by our customers, or at our discretion depending on the product, destination or any special circumstances. Generally goods will need to be signed for on delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone is available to take delivery. We will not accept any responsibility if goods are left at the nominated address without being signed for. If you will not be available for receipt and/or signing of the goods please nominate another address for delivery (i.e. your work or a neighbour) if possible. We are happy to deliver to an address other than that of the purchaser. If for whatever reason the goods are sent back to the freight depot, or to Funprint - Lifesizestandups, as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the return delivery and for forwarding a second or subsequent time. Funprint - Lifesizestandups cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met. Please take into account our production times which do not include delivery transit time. If we say 2-3 days for production, delivery will take extra time on top of this..
Returns & Replacement
We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Please make contact with us at admin@funprint.com.au stating your name and reference and the grounds for wanting to return the goods purchased. If goods received are clearly damaged, this should be noted on your consignment note when signing for the goods, and take a photo on your phone or camera for reference to send to us.
Payment
Funprint - Lifesizestandups, offers various card payment options. We use a payment gateway to clear credit card transactions (Commweb). This is actually done off site via a secure connection to the gateway. It may not be apparent to the customer, but in the background our system makes the secure connection with the gateway according to the security certificates, your information is sent via the secure connection via the gateway to your banking/card organisation along with the purchase amount for approval, and once approved, our system is notified and we then process the order as being a successful transaction.
At no time during this process do we see, capture or save any of your financial/card information
Our site is secure for our customers benefit, we hold an SSL Certificate from Trustwave - indicated by the green "https" in front of our web address

We are also approved to take your credit card details over the phone to pay for your order. We enter this information directly into the Commweb virtual terminal connected with the payment gateway. In this instance we may have written down your details, but once we enter these into the gateway terminal via the secure connection, we use a shredder to destroy your financial/card information. This is part of the agreement we have with our provider in order to be compliant with their security certificates and practices. It is law for us to comply with these security arrangements that we have been approved for. We also offer payment facilities via Paypal. You are able to use your credit card, debit account or PayPal account to pay for the transaction at checkout. A Paypal account is not necessary to make payments from your debit or credit card. We also accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer. Printing/production will commence after payment is made, or funds are transferred/cleared. Either way, we do not hold any of your financial details, we only keep the details we need to send the products ordered to you.
Cancellation of Order
We process your order and go to print as soon as possible after receiving your order and payment. If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason prior to going to print, a cancellation fee may apply to cover admin and any file preparation done on your behalf. If you wish to cancel after printing has commenced, we will need to recover the admin, file prep and printing costs associated with your order to that stage. The cost will be determined on an individual case basis.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged on receipt, you should:
- make a note when signing the drivers records that the goods have been received damaged
- take photos of the packaging before opening, and again after opening take photos of the damaged goods
- make contact with us by email and attach the image files showing the damage along with delivery details.
