PLEASE NOTE:

Orders placed after midday AEST are deemed as received the following business day. We normally ship late afternoon, shipping time is calculated from the next day after despatch (example - 1-2 days delivery item is shipped Monday afternoon, delivery should be Tuesday or Wednesday - number of days is calculated from the first day after shipping). Delivery information is based on carrier's transit times which are estimated only and not guaranteed and non refundable. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend are deemed to have been received Monday.

Shipping times refer to business days and exclude production times, weekends and public holidays.

• Custom Cutouts – Selfie Frames – Custom Masks – Big Heads: Production time: normally 1-2 business days + shipping transit time.
• Celebrity Lifesize Cutouts – normally shipped same day if ordered by 10am AEST + shipping transit time.
• Party Props: Production time: normally 1-2 days + shipping transit time..
• Large props and multi-panels may take an additional 1-2 days and may attract an oversize shipping surcharge.

Shipping transit time does not include the production time.

The following guide refers to business days – excludes weekends and public holidays (does not include production time, estimated only - they are not guaranteed):

1-2 days: Metro - Melbourne,
2-3 days: Metro - Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra.
2-4 days: Brisbane Metro, Outer Melbourne, Central Coast NSW, Newcastle/Wollongong,
2-5 days: Hobart/Launceston, Perth Metro, Country Victoria, Gold Coast/Sunshine, Coast/Toowoomba.
2-5 days: North Coast NSW, Inland/Country NSW, Country Tasmania.
2-6 days: Country South Australia.
3-7 days: Wide Bay/Northern Queensland to Cairns.
2-10 days: Country Western Australia.
For remote areas add an extra five days for shipping.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING (Standard - Parcel Post, Sendle or similar):

Express Post: 5-7 business days
For remote areas add an extra five days for shipping.

Import duties, taxes, and any other import charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Important: Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. It's the customers responsibility to track their items. We do not take responsibility for the courier unable to deliver if incorrect details are supplied or the property address is unattended and causes delay.
