PLEASE NOTE:

Orders placed after midday AEST are deemed as received the following business day. We normally ship late afternoon, shipping time is calculated from the next day after despatch (example - 1-2 days delivery, if item is shipped Monday afternoon, delivery should be Tuesday or Wednesday - number of days is calculated from the first day after shipping). Delivery information is based on carrier's transit times which are estimated only and not guaranteed and non refundable. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend are deemed to have been received Monday.

Shipping times refer to business days and exclude production times, weekends and public holidays.

Shipping transit time does not include the production time.

On Export orders any Import duties, taxes, and any other import charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Important: Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. It's the customers responsibility to track their items. We do not take responsibility for the courier unable to deliver if incorrect details are supplied or the property address is unattended and causes delay. Any costs involved with parcel returns and redirecting are at the customers expense and will be invoiced for payment.
