I never received the cutout. I contacted the company and they said they cannot be held accountable because the package was not delivered to a German location. I paid as much for shipping as I did for the cutout :(

According to the tracking here: https://www.deutschepost.de/en/s/shipment-tracking.html?piececode=ET275078653AU and here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/details/ET275078653AU, the parcel was refused by the receiver at the delivery address. I checked our system and your order and the send to address was correct per the order. The receivers website does say they don't receive parcels for onforwarding from outside Germany. I would think this is the reason for their refusal, as I mentioned to you in our email communication.
Once the parcel is returnrd to us I will refund any difference in what was paid by you and what we have paid out. Unfortunately in these cases we still get charged for the outgoing postal costs and we also get charged for the return postal cost

Extremely happy with the two selfie frames I purchased for a high school reunion event. They looked fantastic, professional, exactly like the pics online, and the process of ordering and delivery was very smooth. When ordering from interstate in the past, I've had some terrible issues with delayed deliveries but this company was perfectly on time, no dramas. Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic quality, didn't think it could be that good. The cardboard cutout that we ordered was of our son who is away working and could not attend our daughters 30th, he however did attend in cardboard form and was an instant hit with everyone who attended the party bus tour and local hostelries.
