Came too late to use - wanted them for King’s birthday weekend. No fault of yours but I thought it was next day delivery. The other thing is the attachments don’t allow the masks to sit flat on our faces. Too tight so pull the side inwards distorting the mask and spoiling the effect.

The delivery option chosen at checkout was Standard Letter Post which is a non tracking option and can take more than 4 business days into Sydney sometimes as there are no longer daily letter deliveries. We did ship your order the same days as we received it, however we were not advised of a deadline in which case an upgrade to Express Post would have been needed at additional cost.
