Face Masks and Lifesize Cutouts
The images used in respect of our Face Masks and Lifesize Cutouts are derived from photographs which are either owned by us or are our copyright or the copyright of our licensors which are used under licence, or they are available in the public domain. Neither the celebrity nor anyone acting for or associated with the celebrity have given their permission to produce these items.
All celebrity images are sourced from the public domain, or have been purchased on a commercial level to be duplicated. The celebrity Face Masks and Lifesize Cutouts are not official and are not endorsed or authorised by the relevant celebrity.
Shipping & Delivery
Unless stated otherwise on individual products, standard delivery is included in the advertised price. Express and Click and Collect are options at checkout. We deliver Australia wide and Internationally (limited countries). We use postal/courier/freight services at our discretion depending on the delivery service chosen, product, destination or any special circumstances.
Generally goods will need to be signed for on delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone is available to take delivery. We will not accept any responsibility if goods are left at the nominated address without being signed for. If you will not be available for receipt and/or signing of the goods please nominate another address for delivery (i.e. your work or a neighbour) if possible.
We are happy to deliver to an address other than that of the purchaser. If for whatever reason the goods are sent back to the freight depot, or to Funprint - LifesizeCutouts, as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the return delivery and for forwarding a second or subsequent time.
Funprint - LifesizeCutouts cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met. Please take into account our production times which do not include delivery transit time. If we say 2-3 days for production, delivery will take extra time on top of this. There is no guaranteed delivery service, we are bound by the services provided by the delivery companies - they do not make guarantees.
Returns & Replacement
We will not accept returns without prior agreement. Please make contact with us at admin@cutouts.com.au stating your name and reference and the grounds for wanting to return the goods purchased.
Any claims must be made within seven days of the actual delivery date.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged on receipt, you should:
- make a note when signing the drivers records that the goods have been received damaged
- take photos of the packaging before opening, and again after opening take photos of the damaged goods
- One photo should clearly show the delivery label and content
- make contact with us by email and attach the image files showing the damage along with delivery details
Any claims must be made within seven days of the actual delivery date.
Payment
Funprint - LifesizeCutouts, offers various payment options. At no time during this process do we see, capture or save any of your financial/card information.
We also offer payment facilities via Paypal. You are able to use your credit card, debit account or PayPal account to pay for the transaction at checkout. A Paypal account is not necessary to make payments from your debit or credit card.
We also accept payment via various pay later apps.
Printing/production will commence after payment is made and received.
Cancellation of Order
We process your order and go to print as soon as possible after receiving your order and payment. If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason prior to going to print, a cancellation fee may apply to cover admin and any file preparation done on your behalf.
If you wish to cancel after printing has commenced, we will need to recover the admin, file prep and printing costs associated with your order to that stage. The cost will be determined on an individual case basis.

Upload, email or send links to files which contain pornographic, obscene, racist, blasphemous, terrorist, hatred, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
We reserve the right not to produce/print. We reserve the right to reject or rescind any order for custom personalised product at our sole discretion and without giving reason.
