We had a very short time frame to turnaround our order, and only a low resolution photo to work with.
Fabian was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and got the order produced and shipped really quickly.
We did have some issues with the courer (StarTrack)which meant the product was delivered at the 11th hour (quite literally) which led to a lot of stress, but everything turned out well.
Note to the team....if you offered a courier service with same day / next day guarantee that would be ace, but otherwise thank you!

Actually incredible!! My daughter literally cried when she opened it (we told her it was a surfboard) so was firstly relieved because emos don’t surf.. then completely overwhelmed by how awesome this is. Couldn’t be happier :) highly recommend these guys!

The cardboard cutout was better than I expected, the quality was soo clear and the packaging helped protect it so it wasn't damaged during transport. It was very easy to construct and it was very solid and stood very easily!!
