Orders placed after 1pm AEST are deemed as received the following business day. We normally ship late afternoon, shipping time is calculated from the next day after despatch (example - 1-2 days delivery, if item is shipped Monday afternoon, delivery should be Tuesday or Wednesday - number of days is calculated from the first day after shipping). Delivery information is based on carrier's transit times which are estimated only and not guaranteed and non refundable. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend are deemed to have been received Monday.

Important: Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. It's the customers responsibility to track their items. We do not take responsibility for the courier unable to deliver if incorrect details are supplied or the property address is unattended and causes delay. Any costs involved with parcel returns and redirecting are at the customers expense and will be invoiced for payment.
